Jazz Age Silent Film Star
Mary Nolan, Ziegfeld Follies Girl, 1920′s.
A risqué jazz age portrait of the tragic star taken when she was the
reigning wild child of showgirls who danced for the Ziegfeld Follies
under the colorful ‘nom de plume’ of Imogene “Bubbles” Wilson. / souce: eBay

Vintage ca. late 1910′s / early 1920′s photograph of Ziegfeld Follies showgirls the Fairbanks Twins, Madeline and Marion, in a spirited jazz age costume view. Though not actually twins, the sisters were a fixture in vaudeville, early silent film, and become featured stars in the Ziegfeld Follies and Midnight Frolic revues.
