Atlantic City, New Jersey, Miss Elsie Norrie of New York sprung a surprise on this popular beach resort when she appeared attired in natty striped rompers and strolled along the sands thus attired. These rompers are made somewhat after the fashion of overalls and may be discarded when the wearer wishes to dive in to the briny.
